Tu in Oltenita ai mancat cartofi violeti, aspectuosi si gustosi in "salalata orientala" , ca mine in Moldova ?
Mancasei ,dar nu stiam ca sunt ei ... "de rasa fina" .

Multumim frumos pentru ganduri bune!
Nu, nici n-am vazut, nici n-am mancat asa ceva, dar niciodata nu e prea tarziu! Era bine daca luai cosul si te repezeai pana aci ca sa-ti pregatesc niste cartofi umpluti cu branza, unt, sunculita afumata si ceva mirodenii, la cuptor. Dar mai bine ii cumparam de la piata locala (romanesti, fara chimicale) caci sunt mai ieftini, iar de restul - vreo zece beri reci!

Vorbind atata despre mancare, te credeam deschis spre gusturi noi...culinare.
Informatia data mai sus, este ca renumitii cartofi se gasesc si in Ro. Eu i-am mancat ca un aliment curios, in nordul Moldovei, fara a stii despre ce e vorba.
Trebuie sa se gaseasca si in regiunea ta, in gradina unui gospodar.
Si...las-o mai moale cu " fara chimicale"

Sunt foarte deschis spre orice este nou, dar cu rafinamentele culinare se ocupa jumatatea mea, coropijnita, eu doar cu cele mai grosiere si mai primitive (la preparat). Si n-o sa-mi spui ca salata orientala este un rafinament gastronomic de sorginte frantuzeasca! Dupa care sa mananci un tort cu crema de ness si blaturi din bezea, facute separat (o juma' de zi prepararea!) sau o inghetata cremoasa din doua feluri de frisca (naturale, tot fara chimicale, batuta in casa bine'nteles !!!), jumatate vanilie, stafide imbatate in cognac si coji de portocala glasse, jumatate cacao, ness si ciocolata amaruie zdrobita. Apoi caviarul cu sampania de rigoare!
Ceapa si usturoi la discretie!

Nu, pe aici nu sunt cartofi de culoarea asta, chiar as fi curios de consistenta si gust.

Iata ca eu, am mancat in... Dorohoi
In Valahia au fost mai multi boieri si mai de soi.Trebuie doar de intrebat.Musai trebuie sa gasesti.

Nu spun ca specialitatile austrice enumerate de tine sunt de lepadat.Eu vorbeam de mancare.
Cat despre dulciuri, le prefer pe cele mai "primitive", ca papanasii fierti sau prajiti,placinta cu visine,coltzunasi cu branza de vaca sau visine,dupa fierbere, de pus la cuptor cu nitel unt si ados de nuci tocate.
Alivanca fierbinte cu smantana groasa si rece,eu o consider un deliciu, cunoscut de putini.Se asorteaza de minune cu Grasa adevarata de Cotnari !
In nordul Italiei se mananca "polentina" care este o varianta cam palida.
Curiozitate: In Bergamo ,de Paste,se fac forme de "pandishpan" cu crusta de mamaliga si cu zahar tos pudrate iar in varf,ucello din socolata.Mie nu mi-a placut.Parca tot erau mai bune felitze de mamaliga rece, pragite direct pe plita,unse ulterior cu "povidla" (magiun) si adaos de nuci....

Povidla de goldane, fara zahar...
Coltunasi, papanasi, alivenci, poale-n brau si varzare...
M-ai inebunit, imi lasa gura apa mai rau ca Niagara, mai spre seara ma dau bine pe langa coropijnita si n-o las in pace pana nu ma onoreaza cu niscai papanasi ori caltunasi, cu ce-o dori ea sa-i umple! Iti opresc si tie o portie.

pffff, da ce de-a gurmanzi avem pe aici , noroc ca-s cu arderile rapide ca mai puneam un kg pe mine numa citind ce-ati scris voi aici !!!!


Apropo de chimicale , astia n-au, iar ca si gust pot sa spun ca se simte solanina mai tare decat in cei cu miezul alb. Dar is faini tare in salata orientala, mai ales de mai adaugi si cativa cu miezul rosu !!!

Dar, daca tot ne porniram, sper sa nu ne injuri prea tare amice Lens, cum preprati voi salata orientala, eu stiu ca se folosesc indeobste cartofi cu miezul tare, sa nu se farame la fiert.
